Shipping policy
Products will ship within 1-3 business days. After carrier hand off the transit time relies on the carrier and the shipping method chosen by you (buyer)
US Clients (Domestic)
- Economy shipping is free, Express shipping is a flat rate of $20.
International Clients (where shipping country is available)
- Shipping charge is based on the cost quoted by the carrier.
- Our default Incoterm is DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). We assume responsibility for duties, taxes, freight and insurance, and remain responsible for the shipment until it is delivered to your shipping address.
- No additional customs charges are due upon delivery or arrival to the shipping country.
All other clients (where shipping country IS NOT available)
- We currently aren't shipping to these locations at this time, we hope to be able to expand our business to these locations in the near future.
